As the creative force behind the award-winning bakery Chocolate Carousel, Lisa has spent years designing custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, and celebrations of every kind. She’s known for her artistry, attention to detail, and passion for making life’s sweetest moments even sweeter. 

But again and again, customers would say: 
“I wish I could decorate something like that!” 
“I want to do this with my kids!” 
“Your cakes are amazing — can you teach me?” 

Lisa listened — and CC Cake It Kits was born. 

Each kit reflects her love of creativity and her belief that memories are made in the moments spent together. From the perfectly baked cake layers to the smooth buttercream and hand-picked decorations, Lisa personally oversees every recipe, every design, and every kit concept to bring the bakery experience right to your kitchen. 

Her goal? 
To make professional-quality cake decorating fun, easy, and accessible for everyone — from kids to seasoned bakers.  She wants everyone to experience the feeling of creating something that makes people happy! 

And while she’s still busy creating beautiful cakes at Chocolate Carousel, the kits hold a special place in her heart. They allow families, friends, and decorators-in-the-making to share the experience she loves most: decorating something sweet, together.
